ABOUT

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Discover the core principles that guide our approach to wellness and healing

APPROACH

At Elevated Wellness, our approach blends functional medicine and holistic health with practical, high-touch lifestyle modifications. We guide clients in designing environments that promote energy, performance, emotional balance, and longevity. All to empower you to better understand your body and become your own healer.

CLEAN LIVING

In today's world, the majority of the products we consume and surround ourselves with—foods, beauty products, household items—are filled with chemicals that disrupt our hormones and silently degrade our health. This is not the standard we were designed for. I help clients detox their lifestyle and upgrade their daily habits using evidence-based, integrative strategies that emphasize clean, non-toxic living without compromising sophistication, comfort, or joy.

BALANCE

Wellness should feel intuitive and empowering—not rigid. That's why we support the 80/20 method: a sustainable approach that allows for both discipline and indulgence.

Whether that's optimizing your morning routine, upgrading your pantry and personal care products, providing aesthetic treatments, or rebalancing your nervous system, we help you build a way of living that is both healing and luxurious.

FOUNDER

MY STORY

From a young age I knew I was meant to be a healer. I was born and raised in San Diego, California by forward-thinking, health-conscious parents who believed in organic whole foods, exercise, and time in nature. This gave me a strong foundation in holistic wellness from an early age. With my mother being a nurse, understanding the human body, and the connection between lifestyle and biology, came naturally. I grew up believing food should be our first line of medicine, which led me to study Dietetics in college.

I struggled with my own health starting in my early teen years to my 20's. From gut issues to mental health crises, I was caught in a frustrating cycle of symptoms, doctor visits, prescriptions, and procedures—with no real answers or lasting relief. Because my lab results were mostly "normal," and I looked healthy on the outside, my chronic physical and mental health symptoms were often dismissed. I became increasingly frustrated with a "healthcare" system that seemed more invested in managing illness than creating health.

Everything changed when I took matters into my own hands and began working with a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. Someone who, for the first time, looked at me as a whole person. This was the beginning of my deep dive into root-cause medicine and a personal awakening to the ways our medical system, food industry, and education systems often keep us disconnected from true health. Through this journey, I developed a relentless passion for holistic healing, integrative medicine, and the pursuit of truth.

MY EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

My journey in wellness began in 2014, during my senior year of high school, when I interned with a holistic health coach and personal trainer. I was introduced to the concept of "Blue Zones"—regions where people live the longest, healthiest lives. This became my personal definition of success: living with vitality well into old age.

From 2015–2019, I studied Dietetics at the University of Hawai'i, where I completed my capstone project with the athletic department, optimizing body composition for various athletes through nutrition and strength training.

After graduating, I worked as a clinical nutritionist in a hospital in San Diego. It didn't take long for me to feel an ethical conflict. I was feeding some of the sickest patients low-quality, highly processed food, while understanding how important nutrition is to healing. I entered the field passionate about helping people heal through diet and lifestyle changes—but instead, I found myself in a system that prioritized symptom management over true health. It felt backwards, and deep down, I knew I wasn't meant to simply work within a broken system—I was meant to be a healer, to guide others back to the root of true health.

In 2021, I transitioned to an inpatient rehab facility for women with eating disorders and mental health conditions while taking courses in developmental psychology. This was one of the most fulfilling roles I've held, where I could truly support patients on both a physical and emotional level. Still, I felt limited in the care I knew I was capable of providing—to care for people through a broader, more integrative lens.

In 2023, I returned to school to become a nurse practitioner, combining my background in functional medicine nutrition and developmental psychology with the clinical tools needed to identify illness and remedy holistically. Over the years, I've relentlessly immersed myself in integrative health, root-cause healing, and biohacking—all with the goal of helping as many people as I can understand their health and live vibrantly.

Currently, I am pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
